With all of them(and others that did not end up building a home with us), I recognized the level of service and professionalism the clients receive from Lou. He knows land very well- actually walks the property, provides research to his clients regarding utilities, floodplain information, zoning, etc. Most agents do not take the time to do the research and expect the client to muddle through the process or rely on the builder to do the work.
